Notice no. 2009-1 of February 24, 2009 concerning proposed changes to the national frequency band allocation table

On January 6, 2009, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel) was asked to give its opinion, in application of article L. 41 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code (Code des postes et des communications électroniques), on a draft amendment to the national frequency band allocation table.

After deliberation at its plenary meeting on February 24, 2009, it issued a favorable opinion on the project submitted to it.

This notice will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
