Opinion n°2021-22 of December 8, 2021 relating to the draft decree on the cinematographic and audiovisual contribution of television service editors and radio service editors distributed by networks not using frequencies summonsed by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication.

The French Superior Audiovisual Council (Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel, hereinafter referred to as "the Council"), after deliberating on December 8, 2021, has been asked by the Government, in application of article 9 of the amended French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication), to issue a draft decree concerning the film and audiovisual contribution of television service editors and radio service editors distributed by networks not using frequencies summonsed by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique).
