Referred to the Government for an opinion, pursuant to article 9 of the law of September 30, 1986, on a draft decree relating to the French Superior Audiovisual Council's legal sanctions proceedings, the latter, after deliberation on November 27, 2013, issued a favorable opinion on this draft.

However, the Board wonders about the timeframe within which the rapporteur will give his opinion following a decision to refer the case for investigation taken on the basis of article 12 of the draft decree: either the common law timeframes provided for in article 5 of the draft decree will apply; or the Board may set this timeframe when referring the case for investigation; or it will be a specific timeframe that should then be made provision for in the same article 12.
