Opinion no. 2013-20 of December 18, 2013 on the draft decree on the organization and operation of the French Superior Audiovisual Council.

Referred to by the Government by letter dated December 11, 2013, pursuant to article 9 of the law of September 30, 1986, for an opinion on a draft decree relating to the organization and operation of the French Superior Audiovisual Council, the latter, after deliberation on December 18, 2013, issued a favorable opinion on this draft, subject to the inclusion of the following amendments:
- in article 4, 5° is replaced by the following provisions: "The general conditions of recruitment and management of personnel, after consultation with the local technical committee" and 6° is deleted;
- in article 5, paragraph 3, after the words: "It determines the organization of services", the words: "and the rules for managing the Council's contract employees" are added;
- in the second sentence of the first paragraph of article 8, the word "may" is replaced by the words "may only".
