On December 11, 2013, the Government submitted a draft decree for the application of article 88 of the amended finance law for 2013 to the CNIL for its opinion, pursuant to article 9 of the law of September 30, 1986. After deliberating on December 18, 2013, the CNIL issued a favorable opinion on the draft decree.
