Referred to for an opinion by the Vice-President of the Conseil d'Etat, pursuant to article 42-7 of the law of September 30, 1986, on the appointment of Mr. Régis Fraisse as rapporteur responsible for taking legal action and for the investigation prior to the pronouncement of sanctions by the French Superior Audiovisual Council, the latter, after deliberation on January 8, 2014, issues a favorable opinion on the draft appointment submitted to it.
