In accordance with article 53 of French law no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication, the French Superior Audiovisual Council is summoned to issue an opinion on the annual report on the implementation of the contract of objectives and means concluded between the State and the national program company France Télévisions for the period 2016-2020.
