In accordance with Article 53 of Law no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) is summoned to issue an opinion on the report on the fourth year of implementation of the contract of objectives and means concluded between the State and the national program company France Médias Monde for the period 2016-2020.
Three major orientations have been defined:
