The Minister for Productive Development, the Minister for Culture and Communication and the Minister attached to the Minister for Productive Development, responsible for small and medium-sized businesses, innovation and the digital economy,

Having regard to Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 making provision for a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations;

Having regard to Law no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, on freedom of communication, in particular article 12;

Having regard to the order of June 26, 2006 modifying the national frequency band allocation table;

Having regard to the decree of January 3, 2008 relating to radio broadcast in digital mode by terrestrial radio or satellite in L or S band, setting the characteristics of the signals transmitted;

Having regard to the opinion of the French Superior Audiovisual Council dated November 13, 2012,

Decree:

Article 1

Article 2 of the aforementioned order of January 3, 2008 is amended as follows:

I. - In the third paragraph, after the words "in accordance with technical specifications TS 102 427 and TS 102 428", the words "or in accordance with technical specifications TS 102 563" are inserted.

II - The fourth paragraph reads as follows: "- in bands IV and V (470-790 MHz):".

III - The eighth paragraph reads as follows: "- in Band L (1,452-1,492 MHz) and Band S (1,980-2,010 and 2,170-2,200 MHz):".

IV - The eleventh and twelfth paragraphs are deleted.

V. - The second sentence of the thirteenth paragraph is deleted.

Article 2

The Minister for Productive Redress, the Minister for Culture and Communication and the Minister Delegate to the Minister for Productive Redress, responsible for small and medium-sized enterprises, innovation and the digital economy, are each responsible for the execution of the present order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
