Order of December 9, 2005 amending the national frequency band allocation table

Le Premier ministre,
Having regard to the French Post and Electronic Communications Code ;
Having regard to article 21 of Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, on freedom of communications;
Having regard to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Agence nationale des fréquences dated September 22, 2005;
Having regard to the opinion of the French Superior Audiovisual Council dated November 3, 2005;
Having regard to the opinion of the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes dated November 10, 2005,

hereby decides :

Article 1

The attached amending document no. 2 (1) defines the pages to be modified in the national frequency band allocation table, 2004 edition, and its amending document no. 1, approved by the orders of March 25, 2004 (Official Journal of March 27, 2004) and September 8, 2005 (Official Journal of September 10, 2005).

Article 2

The present order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
