The Prime Minister,

Having regard to the French Post and Electronic Communications Code ;

Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986 as amended relating to freedom of communication, in particular article 21;

Having regard to the Order of March 18, 2013, as amended, relating to the national frequency band allocation table;

Having regard to the deliberation of the Board of Directors of the Agence nationale des fréquences n° 1409-01 dated September 25, 2014 ;

Having regard to the opinion of the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes n° 2014-1258 dated October 23, 2014 ;

Having regard to the opinion of the French Superior Audiovisual Council n° 2014-19 dated November 26, 2014,

Arrête :

Article 1

The attached amending document no. 4 (1) defines the pages to be modified in the national frequency band allocation table, 2013 edition.

Article 2

The present order will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
