The Prime Minister,
Having regard to the French Post and Electronic Communications Code ;
Having regard to article 21 of Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, on the freedom
of communication;
Having regard to the deliberations of the Board of Directors of the Agence nationale des fréquences
with effect from November 18, 2004;
Having regard to the opinion of the French Superior Audiovisual Council dated June 7, 2005;
Having regard to the opinion of the Autorité de régulation des télécommunications dated June 21, 2005,
Arrête :

Article 1
The attached amending document no. 1 (1) defines the pages to be modified in the
national table of frequency band allocations, 2004 edition, approved by
the order of March 25, 2004(Journal officiel of March 27, 2004).

Article 2
The present order will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
