On July 4, 2024, Roch-Olivier Maistre, Chairman ofArcom, and Marc-Antoine Brillant, Head of the Vigilance and Protection against Foreign Digital Interference Department (VIGINUM), signed a partnership manager agreement setting out the terms and conditions of cooperation between the two parties.
The agreement also provides a framework for exchanges and the sharing of expertise, in particular on the subjects of online platform regulation and foreign interference in relation to Arcom's competencies arising from the Digital Services Regulation and the Law of September 30, 1986.
