Michel Boyon, president of the French Superior Audiovisual Council, Francine Mariani-Ducray, president of the "Audiovisual Production" working group, Pascal Rogard, managing director of the Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques, Hervé Rony, managing director of the Société civile des auteurs multimédias, and TV channel executives signed the charter on technical procedures for announcing the following programs at the end of a broadcast on October 4, 2012.
