On January 15, 2015, at the French Superior Audiovisual Council, the quality charter for the use of Langue des Signes Française (French Sign Language) in television programs was signed, in the presence of Ségolène Neuville, Secretary of State in charge of disabled people and the fight against exclusion, Olivier Schrameck, Chairman of the French Superior Audiovisual Council, Cédric Lorant, President of UNISDA, Nicolas About, Chairman of the "accessibility to disabled people" working group and Mémona Hintermann-Affejée, Vice-Chair of the "accessibility to disabled people" working group.
