French Superior Audiovisual Council,

Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular articles 1, 13 and 16;

After deliberation,

Adopts the following notice, applicable to all radio and television services:

This notice applies as of Monday, November 3, 2008.

Television and radio services shall ensure, with due respect for plurality :
- inform public opinion about the issues at stake in the industrial tribunal elections;
- ensure that, in each of the two colleges (employers and employees), the various lists of candidates benefit from equitable presentation and access to the airwaves.

This notice will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
