The Arcom study quantifies the level of consumption of paperless cultural objects, both legal and unlawful, among French Internet users. The barometer profiles consumers and analyzes developments in usage and perceptions of the legal supply.
As part of its legal mission to observe the legal and unlawful uses of paperless cultural goods, Arcom is carrying out a new wave of the barometer of consumption of paperless cultural objects conducted since 2011. This barometer measures the online use of twelve cultural goods: music, films, series, photos, video games, software, digital Ebooks, online press and sports broadcasts, to which podcasts, live performances and documentaries have been added since 2022.
