Initiated by the supreme authority for the distribution and protection of intellectual property on internet as part of its mission to observe internet usage, the barometer on Cultural practices at home during the lock-in period (carried out on March 26 and 27, 2020) reveals that 46% of French internet users say they access a paid video-on-demand (SVOD) contract during the lock-in period, compared with 36% in 2019, a gain of 10 points. Another 17% of Internet users say they are accessing a contract for a music supply, versus 15% in 2019, and 21% say they are accessing a pay-TV supply, versus 23% in 2019.
