According to a Hadopi survey, illegal use of paperless cultural objects has stabilized after six weeks of confinement, with 25% of French Internet users claiming to use one or more objects illegally, compared with 28% after four weeks of confinement and 21% at the start of confinement. This rate is now close to that recorded in spring 2019 (26%).60% of French Internet users claim to consume cultural objects on the Internet only in a legal way, the same percentage as after four weeks of confinement and a drop of 3 points compared to the period at the start of confinement, but a higher percentage than in 2019 (56% - Baromètre Hadopi de la consommation 2019).
