According to a Hadopi survey, 25% of Internet users claim to have gotten a contract for a video-on-demand supply during the confinement period. Initiated by Hadopi as part of its mission to observe Internet usage, the 4th wave of the barometer on Cultural practices at home during the confinement period shows that the percentage of Internet users with access to a paid contract for video on demand (SVOD) services has now reached 49%, a percentage that is steadily rising after eight weeks of confinement (43% after six weeks of confinement, 44% after four weeks of confinement and 46% at the start of confinement), and well above that observed in 2019 (36% - Baromètre Hadopi de la consommation 2019).
