The Digital Barometer is a sample survey that measures the adoption of digital equipment and uses in the French population.

Jointly piloted by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom), the French regulatory authority for electronic communications, post and press distribution (Arcep), the Conseil Général de l'Economie (CGE) and the Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires (ANCT), and carried out with the Centre de recherche pour l'étude et l'observation des conditions de vie (Credoc), the Digital Barometer is a benchmark study of the diffusion of information and communication technologies in French society.

The 2022 edition was presented at a press conference in Bercy on Monday January 30, in the presence of Arcom College member Benoit Loutrel, ArcepCollege member Maya Bacache, CGE vice-president Luc Rousseau, ANCT Director of Strategy and Innovation Pierre-Louis Rolle and Credoc Managing Director Sandra Hoibian.
