This second report, drawn up jointly by the French superior council of artistic and literary property (French superior council of artistic and literary property), the supreme authority for the distribution and protection of intellectual property on internet (HADOPI) and the CNC, sets out proposals for the implementation of Article 17 of the European Copyright Directive. To prepare for the implementation of new copyright rules applicable to digital sharing platforms (YouTube, Facebook...), under Article 17 of European Copyright Directive 2019/790, the joint mission of the French superior council of artistic and literary property (French superior council of artistic and literary property), the supreme authority for the diffusion of works and the protection of rights on the internet (Hadopi) and the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée (CNC) has put forward several proposals to the European authorities and the French legislator.
