Each year, Arcom draws up a report on compliance by the national program company Radio France with the obligations set out in its specifications.
This performance report for 2021 illustrates the means by which Radio France has endeavored to comply with the obligations set out in its contract specifications and, more generally, with the legislative and regulatory provisions that apply to it.
In drawing up this annual report, Arcom relies in particular on the report on the implementation of the company's specifications, but also on the quantified data communicated in respect of compliance with the obligations set out in the company's contract of objectives and means.
Arcom's report is forwarded to the French National Assembly and French senate cultural affairs committees.
