On the Internet, access to content is a major topic of discussion: over half a million posts and publications were devoted to this subject in the space of twelve months, more than half of them to uses.

While unlawful sites appear to be the main contributors in terms of number of publications, Internet users themselves initiate a large volume of conversations, notably on forums and social networks, to demand or offer advice, or to share their experience of illegal platforms, both positive and negative.
