Supreme authority for the distribution and protection of intellectual property on internet Hadopi publishes its two annual barometers: the usage barometer and the legal supply barometer.
As part of its legal mission to monitor legal and unlawful usage, Hadopi publishes two annual barometers - the Usage Barometer and the Legal Supply Barometer - to provide information on the indicators set out in Decree no. 2011-386 of April 11, 2011, and to measure developments in the use of paperless cultural goods, as well as the obstacles and motivations to such practices.
