Listing is carried out within the framework of deliberation no. 2022-06 of March 9, 2022 on the activity of listing legal supplies. The services submitted must comply with the scope of observation and listing criteria set out in this deliberation.
The factors taken into account by the Authority when listing sites include: listing by other public bodies, the number of publicly accessible requests for notification and withdrawal, the presence of legal notices, terms of sale or terms of service highlighting respect for copyright and, where appropriate, certain usage restrictions linked in particular to technological protection measures, access to a secure payment system for paying supplies, the absence of a dangerous environment (objectionable advertising, malware, etc.) and the site's claim to be a legal tenderer.) and the site's own claim to legality and the effectiveness of its notification schemes.
