On Thursday June 30, Arcom will receive representatives of Canal+'s publishing company at the Authority's headquarters in Paris, with an audio webcast on its website as of 3pm.

The authorization granted to Canal+, the national program of the Canal+ television service, for its diffusion on digital terrestrial television (DTT) expires on December 5, 2023.

Pursuant to the provisions of article 28-1 of the French law of September 30, 1986, the Frenchregulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication, Arcom, issued a decision on June 1, 2022, allowing the renewal of this authorization without a call for applications. This decision sets out the main points of the agreement that the Authority wishes to revise.

In accordance with the law, the Authority will hold a public hearing with representatives of Canal+. Lasting no more than one hour, this hearing will take place on June 30, 2022, as of 3 pm, at the headquarters of the Autorité, 39-43 quai André Citroën, 75015 Paris, and will be broadcast live in audio format below:
