Public hearings for candidates to edit two national television services

In December 2022, Arcom launched a call for bidders for two national digital terrestrial television (DTT) services. Watch the hearings on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Within the framework of the December 7, 2022summons to tender for the production of two national, full-time, high-definition digital terrestrial television (DTT) services, Arcom received three applications from the following companies:

  • Métropole Télévision for the "M6"project ;
  • NJJ Projet 5523 for the "SIX" project;
  • Télévision française 1 for the "TF1"project .

On Monday January 23, Arcom declared all three applications admissible.

On Wednesday February 15, 2023, the candidates were invited to hearings lasting 1.5 hours each, at the following times determined by drawing lots:

  • 9.15am: NJJ Project 5523 for the "SIX" project
  • 11:00 am: French Television 1 for the "TF1" project
  • 2.30pm: Métropole Télévision for the "M6" project

The hearings were public, broadcast on the Arcom website, with subtitles and French sign language translation.
