By letters dated April 4 and 21, 2022, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication received two requests for permission for Groupe News Participations, a subsidiary of the Altice group, to take control of TFX and M6 Génération, which hold a broadcasting licence for the television services TFX and 6ter.
