At the European Audiovisual and Copyright Conference in Prague, Roch-Olivier Maistre presents the Arcom regulation model, covering audiovisual, platforms and fight agains piracy.

This conference, organized by the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union, is being held in the run-up to the European Commission's forthcoming presentation of its proposal for a European Media FreedomAct.

The conferencewill highlight the areas that should be addressed when negotiating the proposed European Media Freedom Act and, where appropriate, identify synergies between the new European Media Freedom Act and the revised Audiovisual Media Services Directive. It will also address the prospects offered by the Directive on copyright and neighbor rights in the digital single market.

Representatives of ERGA, European regulators, the World Intellectual Property Organization and other experts and stakeholders are invited to attend.
