The 21st edition of the Guide des chaînes et des services de vidéo à la demande, now published every two years, and enriched since 2022 with new data and analyses on non-linear services, is now available, covering data for 2022 and 2023.

The result of collaboration between Arcom, the French Ministry of Culture, the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée (CNC), the Association des Chaînes Conventionnées éditrices de Services (ACCeS) and the Syndicat National de la Publicité Télévisée (SNPTV), the Guide to TV channels and services draws on statistics, reports and studies from each of these organizations.

The first part of the Guide offers a wide range of information on linear and non-linear services: available supplies, modes of reception and distribution, audiences or number of broadcasts, economic performance, investment in production, legal news and more.

Finally, the last part of the Guide presents 111 fact sheets describing channels authorized or contracted in France, foreign channels whose audience is measured by Médiamétrie, and foreign subscription video services subject to production obligations in France. The positioning of these channels, the networks on which they broadcast or are distributed, the share of the various types of programs programmed and the advertising agencies are indicated.

This document and its summary are available here and on the websites of the co-publishers.
