Access by persons under 18 to pornographic content: new formal notices and new submission of a case before the court for blocking sites

In accordance with article 23 of the law of July 30, 2020, on April 6, 2023, Arcom issued formal notices to Technius Ltd. and Techpump Solutions S.L. to prevent access by persons under 18 to one and two pornographic sites respectively that they publish.
Furthermore, since MG Freesites had failed to comply with the formal notices issued on April 7, 2022, the President of the Paris Court of First Instance was asked to order the main Internet service providers to prevent access to two sites published by this company.
Protecting youngsters from inappropriate content in the digital sphere is a priority for Arcom, within the managerial framework set by the legislator.
