In a letter dated March 15, 2024, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication received a request to approve the takeover of Altice Média by the CMA CGM Group.
As part of these proceedings, representatives of Altice France and CMA CGM will be heard in a public hearing on June 6, 2024, at 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm respectively, at Arcom's offices.
Arcom has not received any requests for public hearings from third parties.
