On April 6, 2022, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication launched a call for bidders to show two local television services in New Caledonia on digital terrestrial television (DTT).
Two applications were received and declared admissible on September 14, 2022: that of the association IMAGE - COMMUNICATION - INFORMATION (ICI) for the NC9 project, and that of SOCIETE DE TELEVISION RADIO (S.T.R) for the CALEDONIA project. The public hearings relating to this call for applications will take place at the Authority's headquarters on September 28, 2022, as of 3 pm. They will each last 30 minutes.
