On March 18, 2026, Arcom interviewed representatives of the Léonard De Vinci Média association for the "LDV MÉDIA" project, as part of the call for tenders for the broadcasting of a full-time local television service in the Monistrol-sur-Loire area on digital terrestrial television (DTT).
As a preparatory measure, Arcom has decided to pre-select this candidate, and will now draw up an agreement, an essential condition for issuing an authorization to use the radioelectric resource for DTT.
