Call for bidders for a local television service in the Saint Étienne area: the Authority opens discussions with TL7 to set contractual obligations

On September 13, 2023, as part of the call for tenders for the broadcast of a local, full-time, high-definition television service on digital terrestrial television (DTT) in the Saint Étienne area, the Authority interviewed representatives of the company TL7 for the "TL7" project.
The Authority has decided to select this candidate and will now enter into discussions with it under the provisions of its future agreement. An authorization to show the service on DTT will be issued to the service editor as soon as an agreement has been reached between the two parties.
