Invitation to tender for the broadcasting of a local television service in the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas: the Authority opens discussions with A.TELE to set out the contractual obligations.

On July 12, 2023, as part of the call for tenders for the broadcasting of a local, full-time, high-definition television service on digital terrestrial television (DTT) in the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas, the Authority interviewed representatives of A.TELE for the "BFM ALSACE" project.

The Authority has decided to select this applicant, and will now enter into discussions with it under the provisions of its future agreement. An authorization to show the service on DTT will be issued to the service editor as soon as an agreement has been reached between the two parties.
