BFM TV informed Arcom of the withdrawal of the application it had submitted, with Altice France as reference shareholder (file 2024-152-010), in the context of the call for applications launched on February 28, 2024 for the production of national television services shown by terrestrial hertzian means.
At its meeting on July 03, 2024, the Authority took note of this withdrawal. The public hearing relating to this application, scheduled for July 15, 2024 at 10:45 a.m., has therefore been cancelled.
BFM TV remains a candidate in this call for applications, with CMA CGM as its manager.
