On October 4, 2023, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication launched a call for bidders for a digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Bayonne area. A single application was received and declared admissible on November 22, 2023, that of SARL Pyrénéenne de télévision for the "TVPI" project.
The applicant was invited to a public hearing at the Authority's headquarters on January 10, 2024, as of 3:30 pm.
