Invitation to tender for a local television service in the Metz, Forbach and Sarrebourg areas
In view of the expiry on May 10, 2025 of the authorization granted to the Moselle TV service, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication is today launching a call for applications for the publication of a local digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Metz, Forbach and Sarrebourg areas.
Applications must be sent to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:
- by February 25, 2025 at noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, at the latest, under penalty of inadmissibility, the applicant must indicate by e-mail his or her intention to submit an application file ;
- no later than March 4, 2025, at noon (12 p.m.) Paris time, failing which the application will be inadmissible; the applicant must submit the complete application file in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority. Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.
Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call text will be declared inadmissible.
