On June 14, 2023, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication launched a call for bidders for a digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Saint Étienne area. A single application was received and declared admissible on July 26, 2023, that of the company TL7 for the "TL7" project.
The applicant will be invited to a public hearing at the Authority's headquarters on September 13, 2023 at 3 pm.
