On November 12, 2025, as part of the call for tenders for the broadcasting, on digital terrestrial television (DTT), of a full-time local television service in high definition in the Rouen - Neufchâtel-en-Bray area, the Authority interviewed representatives of BFM Normandie for the "BFM Normandie" project.
As a preparatory measure, the Authority has decided to pre-select this applicant, and will now draw up an agreement, which is a prerequisite for issuing an authorization to use radio resources for DTT.
