Invitation to tender for two local television services in New Caledonia

The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuel et numérique) is launching a call for applications for the production of two local television services in New Caledonia. Applications must be sent to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:
- no later than midnight, Paris time, on May 26, 2022, under penalty of inadmissibility, the applicant must send ane-mail requesting the electronic submission of the application file;
- no later than midnight, Paris time, on May 31, 2022, failing which the application will be inadmissible, the applicant will submit the complete application file, in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority. Applications submitted may be amended, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.
Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call text will be declared inadmissible.
