Invitations to tender for a local television service in the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas, and for a local television service in the Lyon area.

The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuel et numérique) is today launching two calls for applications, one for local digital terrestrial television (DTT) services in the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas, and the other for local DTT services in the Lyon area.

For each call for tenders, candidates must submit an application to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:

• no later than noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, on September 26, 2024, failing which the application will be inadmissible, the applicant will indicate by e-mail his or her intention to submit an application file, specifying for which call for applications he or she is applying;
  
• no later than noon (12 p.m.) Paris time on October 3, 2024, failing which the application will be inadmissible, the applicant will submit the complete application file in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority.

Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date. Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call texts will be declared inadmissible.
