The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication has published a letter from the Altice group concerning its demands for permission to take control of TFX and M6 Génération, which respectively hold a licence to show the TFX and 6ter television services.

The letter sets out a number of commitments made by the Group following publication by the Autorité on July 13, 2022 of the impact studies relating to these proposed transactions, the hearing of the parties on July 20, 2022, and the hearing of the Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques (SACD), the only third party to have made such a demand, on July 27, 2022.

Third parties wishing to make a contribution may do so in writing no later than August 16, 2022.
