Following a sequence shown on the "Touche pas à mon poste" program on Thursday November 10, 2022, Arcom's Managing Director forwarded the file to the independent rapporteur, a member of the Conseil d'Etat, referred to in article 42-7 of the September 30, 1986 law.
He considered that the case concerned facts likely to justify the initiation of legal sanctions proceedings, given the formal notices already issued in the past with regard to C8.
In accordance with the law, it will be up to the independent rapporteur to decide whether to take legal action and to investigate the case.
