The authorizations of three publishers for channel 31 of digital terrestrial television (DTT) in Île-de-France expire on March 19, 2023:

  • BDM TV, in the 9am - 1pm time slot;
  • Demain IDF, in the 1 pm - 10:30 pm time slot;
  • Télé Bocal, 10:30 pm - 1:00 am (1:30 am on Saturdays).

The 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. slot is used by TV Pitchoun Paris IDF, whose authorization runs until 2031.

The 1:00 a.m. (1:30 a.m. on Sundays) to 6:00 a.m. time slot is still vacant.

With a view to the launch of calls for tender for the allocation of the radioelectric resource that is already available or will soon be available, a development in the time structuring of this channel could be envisaged.

ARCOM would like to hear the views of those involved on the structuring of channel 31 that they feel is appropriate. Where appropriate, they are invited to share any plans they may have for this channel, specifying any programming or financial elements they feel should be brought to the Authority's attention.

Interested parties can send their contributions by midnight (Paris time ) on April 20, 2022 at the latest , using the subject line "Consultation TNT canal partagé d'Ile-de-France".
