In view of the November 28, 2024 expiry of the authorization granted to the Tébéo service, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication is today launching a call for applications for the provision of a local digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Brest area.

Applications must be sent to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:

- no later than February 7, 2024 at noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, under penalty of inadmissibility, the applicant must indicate by e-mail his or her intention to submit an application;

- no later than February 14, 2024, at 12 noon (Paris time), failing which the application will be inadmissible. The applicant must submit the complete application file, in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority. Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.

Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call text will be declared inadmissible.

The decision concerning a call for applications for the production of a local television service to be shown free-to-air by terrestrial hertzian means, full-time and in high definition in the Brest area.
