Summoning applications for a local television service in the Monistrol-sur-Loire area
In view of the expiry on May 1, 2026 of the authorization granted to the LDVMÉDIA service, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication is today launching a call for applications for the edition of a local digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Monistrol-sur-Loire area.
Applications must be sent to Arcom by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:
- by January 22, 2026 at noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, at the latest (otherwise inadmissible), the applicant must indicate by e-mail to aactnt@arcom.fr his intention to submit an application;
- no later than February 5, 2026, noon (12 p.m.) Paris time, failing which the application will be inadmissible; the candidate must submit the complete application file in accordance with the proceedings indicated by Arcom. Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.
Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call text will be declared inadmissible.
