On April 9, 2025, as part of the call for tenders for the broadcast of two local, full-time high-definition television services on digital terrestrial television (DTT) in the Vendée, Maine-et-Loire and Loire-Atlantique departments, the Authority interviewed representatives of ATV for the "Télévision locale du Choletais" project, and of Vendée Images for the "TV Vendée" project.
As a preparatory measure, the Authority has decided to pre-select these candidates, and will now draw up an agreement with each of them, a prerequisite for issuing an authorization to use the radioelectric resource on DTT.
